We check each items and make sure it in good condition before shipment.
Customer will pay full amount of shipping fee If you want to return an item with no quality issues, you are responsible for all shipping fees. This includes both the shipping cost we paid and also the shipping fee you pay to return the item back to us. The refund will be processed once we have received the item in original condition, . Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
