What can I say everything was great from start to finish. It’s brilliant that you can pick out your exact cue and specs from the pictures, then get delivered exactly what you ordered. Customer service is spot on, I ordered personalised plate and case which was perfectly done. I requested a different case than the one pictured in my bundle, which was accepted straight away. More importantly the cue is fantastic, feels great and plays really well. A huge step up from my previous cue. For the price … you can’t beat it!!

Quality, delivery and very easy to do business with. I ordered 2 cues, one 7.5m tip and one 8mm tip. I asked them to put a titanium ferrule on both and a personalised name badge. The cues I received are as good if not better than a Peradon Cues I spent nearly 400euro on a few months back
